Kent Durham was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November 2001 and began practicing corporate and securities law in Kelly, Hart & Hallman LLP's Fort Worth office. In January 2004, he joined the in-house legal team of IESI Corporation. During his 4 years as IESI's Corporate Attorney, he negotiated and documented the company's acquisitions for its U.S. operations, as well as assisted the general counsel's office with a broad array of legal issues. In January 2008, he, along with his partner, Gracie Galindo, formed Durham & Galindo, PLLC to provide quality legal services for businesses and individuals, with a particular emphasis on business and transactional matters. Kent also serves as of counsel to Rogers Dupont L.L.P.
