Kent Durham was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November 2001 and began practicing corporate and securities law in Kelly, Hart & Hallman LLP's  Fort Worth office.  In January 2004, he joined the in-house legal team of IESI Corporation.  During his 4 years as IESI's Corporate Attorney, he negotiated and documented the company's acquisitions for its U.S. operations, as well as assisted the general counsel's office with a broad array of legal issues.  In January 2008, he, along with his partner, Gracie Galindo, formed Durham & Galindo, PLLC to provide quality legal services for businesses and individuals, with a particular emphasis on business and transactional matters. Kent also serves as of counsel to Rogers Dupont L.L.P.

Gracie Galindo was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November 2001. She provides estate planning services to invididuals with small estates.  In January 2008, she, along with her partner, Kent Durham, formed Durham & Galindo, PLLC.
